Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback on your most recent stay. I am sincerely apologetic that we let you down, especially on Mother's Day! When it comes to room placement, we do not have rooms blocked for guests specifically because they are using rewards. That being said, I do apologize that your room did not have the city view you were hoping for. In regards to the parking situation, we offer valet as a service to our guests here, as we understand that downtown parking can be expensive and often rather troublesome. It looks like you were charged for parking on our end, which I will happily remove and refund for you. Again, I am sorry that we let you down and if you are ever back in the Downtown area, please reach out to us directly and we will ensure you are taken care of from check-in to checkout!
