Electric Issues in the Room

5 Times, I Called the help desk to solve the issues, but until the last day, it was not solved, and I did not get any room change or upgrade or any compensation - 3 Time AC issues - one-time room electricity is cutting, and I should insert the room card every few minutes - one time, I got an electric shock while putting the charger in the blog and got shocked and the whole room shut down Maintenance informed me there were significant electricity issues in my room, and they were waiting for me to check out to solve it. Meanwhile, they informed the reception, and they did not change the room due to unavailability. It was a bad experience because I was hearing the barker sounds all the time, and we were feeling scared that anything might happen at any time. The hotel did not take safety priority for the guests

i had a great stay, the location was great close to everything, very friendly staff, the hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The only one thing to improve is the breakfast. The restaurant's view was magical.

The location is indeed the best option if you want to explore both sides of the city: the touristic and the more local. The hotel is so clean and close to the bus station and tram. You can basically walk everywhere with lots of food options nearby. Do not take any food or attractions recommendations from the staff as they take commissions from shops so it’s usually tourists trap.
