The decor of hotel and room was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Room is a bit on the smaller side but comfortable. The bed was great, not too soft with a Chromecast enabled TV. Location is good although Granville St can be a bit sketchy at night, having said that I wouldn't mind staying there again as most things we wanted to see/do was walkable. Only issue I had was that I could hear the neighbours talking from their room but they have a noise policy and I didn't have any troubles falling asleep.

We felt very accommodated- this was my second stay and I will always choose hotel Belmont! We were lucky to be upgraded and were always greeted by wonderful, happy staff.

The front desk staff are absolutely incredible!!! They upgraded our room, and gave us 2 complimentary drink coupons as well on arrival. Early check-in was requested and definitely above our expectations. The only down side was our view was the back of the building behind us (30ft away or so). Hugo was AMAZING!!!!!!!! He made our trip even better, and texted us to make sure we settled in or needed anything. Way to go Hugo!!

The location is perfect, only two blocks away to the gallery. The room is small, but clean and neat with everything I need. And the price is pretty good!
