What can I say about the Bachleda, a truly beautiful hotel that is well positioned just out of old town but within 5 minutes walk so ideal for a peaceful night, the staff are exemplary with nothing too much trouble and extremely polite. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and will be back at Christmas

Hotel is located in a fully refurbished villa, walking distance to Wawel and Old Town. Interior is beautiful and luxurious. My room was spacious and elegant. Bed was huge, very soft and I slept well. Comfy, large shower. Staff very friendly and supportive. Pleasant sauna. I truly recommend this hotel.

Everything was splendid. Every single member of staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The bedroom and the entire hotel was spotless. The breakfast and cocktails were perfect. Even the taxi to and from the hotel and trip to the salt mine organised by the hotel were ideal.
