Extremely helpful staff in any way. They strive to make the guest's stay a pleasant one. They even bring a welcome gift to your room! The only issue I had was the smell in the room which I guess is quite normal in old buildings. Great find in Seattle. The location is perfect w/all sorts of amenities within walking distance. Highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay at hotel Andra. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and couch. A lot of thought has ben put into the design of the bathroom, bedroom and lovely decor. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent..we walked everywhere ...shops, Pikes Market, Space needle, museums and wonderful cafes and restaurants close by. Two restaurants on site were also very good.

the king suite was sub-standard. Restroom was horrible. Not comfy overall

Front desk personnel are very friendly and efficient greeting you when you leave and return. The bellman (if he is there) always opens the door for you - helpful if your hands are full. The room layout is exceptional and makes the most use of space separating sitting area from the bed, and the walk-in closet from the bathroom. There is even a small area to apply make-up. The bathroom sink is a bit small but there is a lot storage space and shelving that makes up for this. The television is mounted on a 180 degree stand so you can swivel the television to face the bed or the couch - very useful if someone wants to sleep and someone wants to watch the television. There is also a small table and two chairs for dining and/or work. The in-room bar is well-stocked, though I would have appreciated a small fridge to store perishables/leftovers. A microwave would be nice to have. Overall, it is a very comfortable room and quiet - I could not hear my neighbors which is surprising.
